◢◤遅めの初詣で願掛け◢◤

遅ればせながら、地元の神社へ初詣に出かけました。三が日を避けたことで、混雑もなく列に並ぶ必要もありませんでした。静かな境内の中、澄んだ空気に包まれ、心が洗われるような清々しい気分を味わいました。

例年どおり「家内安全」と「交通安全」を祈願しましたが、今年は新たに「商売繁盛」のお札も購入しました。これは、今の時代に合わせた挑戦への決意の表れです。オンラインスクールを運営している身として、昨今の厳しい経済状況や同様スクールの拡大を受け、独自性を見出さなければならないと強く感じています。

オンラインスクールは、自宅・Wifi環境あればどこででも学習できる一方で、経営面では厳しい現実に直面しています。オンラインだからこそ提供できる価値や独自性を追求することで、新たな可能性が広がると信じています。

新年の目標：独自性を武器に成長を目指す
2025年は、オンライン教育の強みを活かしながら、少人数制塾ならではのきめ細やかな指導をさらに進化させることを目標にしています。生徒や保護者にとって「ここでしか学べない」と思っていただけるようなサービスを提供し、地域に根ざした塾であり続けたいと考えています。

静かな初詣で心を整え、新たな年への決意を固めることができました。「家内安全」や「交通安全」といった個人的な祈願に加え、「商売繁盛」という新たな願いを胸に、2025年を前向きに進んでいきます。
この厳しい時代だからこそ、柔軟な発想と行動力で未来を切り拓いていきたいと思います。

I finally made my way to the local shrine for my New Year’s visit, albeit a bit later than usual. By avoiding the busy first three days of the year, I was able to enjoy a peaceful experience without the need to wait in long lines. Surrounded by the quiet of the shrine and the crisp, fresh air, I felt a deep sense of calm and clarity.

As always, I prayed for “family safety” and “traffic safety,” but this year, I also decided to purchase a new charm for “business prosperity.” This reflects my determination to face the challenges of the current times. As someone running a small-scale tutoring school, I’ve been increasingly aware of the tough economic conditions and the rapid expansion of online education. I strongly feel the need to carve out a unique identity to stay relevant and thrive in this competitive environment.
