A Standing Ovation for Masako’s Tenacity and Love

I want to applaud the tenacity and love of the wife who avenged her husband, who lost his life while fighting against the state all alone. Masako’s courage to stand up for her husband’s honor after losing him symbolizes the power of love.
Her indomitable spirit, which never wavered and continued to fight until the end, has inspired many with courage and hope.
Masako’s victory has shown us the importance of raising our voices against societal injustices. Her actions, which teach us the significance of seeking the truth, will undoubtedly inspire many people.
We must honor Masako’s strength and learn the importance of pursuing the truth, just as she did.

森友学園への国有地巨額値引きなどを巡る財務省の公文書改ざん事件で命を絶った赤木俊夫さん
その妻、雅子さんは真相解明を求め裁判を起こしました。

ひとつは国（財務省）と佐川宣寿元理財局長を相手に賠償を求める裁判。
もうひとつは財務省が、事件を捜査した大阪地検特捜部に任意提出した公文書の開示をめざす裁判でいづれも敗訴した。

しかし昨日、

「主文、原判決を取り消す」大阪高裁で雅子さんが敗訴した1審判決を取り消したのだ。
雅子さんにとって、7年前に俊夫さんが命を絶ち、5年前に裁判を起こし逆転で初めての勝訴。
それも国の主張をすべて覆す完全勝訴でした。

雅子さんの勝利への戦いは、愛と真実を求める彼女の強い意志の象徴、
国相手に一人で戦い命を落とした夫の仇をとった妻の「執念と愛」拍手を贈りたい。
夫俊夫さんを失った悲しみを乗り越え、彼の名誉を守るためにたった１名で立ち上がった雅子さんの姿は、愛の力そのものです。
決して諦めず、最後まで戦い続けた不屈の精神は多くの人に勇気と希望を与えてくれました。

真実を求めることの大切さを教えてくれた彼女の行動は、多くの人々に勇気を与えたことでしょう。
彼女のように真実を求めることの大切さを私達は学ばねばなりません。
